Shift schedule CSV template

The rules

• One row is one employee on one weekday. A weekly schedule repeats every week.
• WorkerCode must match the employee's worker code in your workspace.
• DayOfWeek is the English day name: Sunday, Monday, and so on.
• ShiftType is a name you choose, such as Day shift. Use Off, Weekend or DayOff for a day off and leave the times empty.
• StartTime and EndTime use 24-hour HH:mm and must differ.
• If the same employee and weekday appear twice, the later row replaces the earlier one.
• Leave and public holidays are not part of the file. Use a leave request instead.
• The file must be a .csv (or .txt) of 512 KB or less.

How to import it

1. Open Attendance, then Shift Schedules, in your workspace.
2. Choose Import CSV and pick your file.
3. Read the result and fix any lines it reports.

Importing needs permission to write schedules, which administrators have by default.
