What ForceLytics collects, who can see it, the controls you set, and what we do not claim.
Data is kept per company. Inside a company, administrators, managers and employees see only what their role allows, and a manager is limited to their own team or branch.
Roles and accessActive, idle and meeting time, application and website names, and counts of keys and clicks. For a new company, window titles and full website addresses (without query strings) are collected too. These are on by default, and an administrator can turn each off. It never records what was typed. Screenshots and location are optional and off unless you turn them on.
Activity and time trackingThe agent blurs card numbers and sign-in fields before a screenshot is uploaded (best effort; the server does not verify it), and you choose how long screenshots, window titles and website addresses are kept. Activity totals are not purged.
Screenshots and privacyThe agent checks each release's signature, edition, size and checksum before it updates itself, and updates stay off until you turn them on. Sign-in to the web console uses Microsoft Entra.
