For C-suite & founders
Executive clarity on labor time
See hours worked, activity rate and attendance across the company on one dashboard. Spot idle time and late arrivals before month end, not after.
With your permission we use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use this site. Nothing is loaded until you choose. See our Privacy Policy.
Automated time tracking, real-time app & website analytics, and shift-versus-attendance checks. No keystroke logging. Clear operations for hybrid and remote teams.
Active vs idle across the day
Idle time peaks right after lunch. Review shift coverage for that window.
One employee, one day
How it works
Step 1
Sign in, download the agent from your workspace, and roll it out by hand or silently with Intune, SCCM or Group Policy.
Step 2
Choose what is tracked, the idle threshold, screenshot interval and retention, and import your shift schedules from a CSV.
Step 3
See who is active, idle or offline now, compare shifts with attendance, and approve time requests in one place.
Activity and time
Active, idle and in-meeting time are recorded automatically and drawn on a live, minute-by-minute timeline. No manual timers to forget.
Daily timeline
Illustrative previewApps and websites
Match applications and websites against your own rules: exact, contains or suffix. Productive, neutral or unproductive, by team and by person.
Applications and websites
Illustrative previewAnything your rules do not match stays neutral.
Attendance and shifts
Put assigned shifts next to what devices actually did. Lateness, absence and overtime are worked out for you, with approvals for leave and manual time.
Shift versus attendance
Illustrative preview| Employee | Shift | In | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| Employee A | 09:00–18:00 | 09:04 | On time |
| Employee B | 09:00–18:00 | 09:42 | Late 32 min |
| Employee C | 10:00–19:00 | — | Absent |
Screenshots and privacy
Take screenshots at an interval you choose, with sensitive fields blurred on the device before upload (best effort). Managers see their own scope only.
Screenshot, blurred on the device
Illustrative previewCounts only. The keys themselves are never recorded.
Privacy by design
Monitoring only works when people trust it. ForceLytics shows managers how work is spread, and limits what anyone can see.
Key presses and clicks are counted, along with window titles and page addresses. All three are on by default and you can turn each off. Which keys were pressed is never recorded.
The agent blurs card numbers and sign-in fields before a screenshot is uploaded. Best effort: it can miss content, and the server does not enforce it.
Keep screenshots, window titles and website addresses for 30 days up to a year, with optional automatic purge. Activity totals are not purged.
Managers see their own department only, and every screenshot view is logged.
