Where do the numbers come from?

From you, apart from the published seat prices on the pricing page. We do not assume a percentage saving, an industry benchmark or a return multiple.

How many hours will we save?

We cannot promise a figure, so the calculator asks for your own estimate and also shows the break-even: the hours a week you would need to save for the plan to pay for itself.

What does it leave out?

Everything except time saved: better visibility, more accurate attendance, overtime control and fewer disputes may be worth something to you, but they are not counted.

What happens to the information I enter?

Nothing is stored or sent. The calculation runs in your browser.

Can we try it before deciding?

Yes. There is a 7-day trial with no credit card, and a free plan for up to 2 users.

Time savings calculator

What do manual timesheets cost you today?

Enter your own numbers. The calculator shows what the admin costs you now, what the plan costs, and how many hours a week you would need to save for the plan to pay for itself.

Your numbers will appear here once you fill in the form.

How it is calculated

Admin cost today = admin hours per week × 52 weeks × hourly cost.
Plan cost = employees × price per seat per month × 12 months.
Saving = hours saved per week × 52 weeks × hourly cost.
Break-even hours = plan cost ÷ (52 weeks × hourly cost).

The only figures that are not yours are the published seat prices. The calculator counts time saved only. It does not count what better visibility, attendance accuracy or overtime control may be worth to you, and it makes no promise about how many hours you will save.
